No. You bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API keys and pay your provider directly at their rates. This keeps costs transparent and gives you full control over which models you use. Power Author never marks up AI tokens.
What does the monthly storage fee cover?
Power Author includes a built-in CMS where your generated articles are stored. The monthly fee covers this management layer — you can edit, reorganize, unpublish, and republish content at any time. When you publish, articles are sent to your own website, your infrastructure, your database. We don't host the live pages — we store the source content so you can manage it.
Do I pay per article every month?
The publishing fee is a one-time charge when an article is sent to your website. Storage is a small recurring fee for keeping articles in the CMS — typically fractions of a cent per article.
How do credits work?
Add credit to your account (e.g. $100). One-time and storage costs are deducted automatically. Set a minimum balance and auto-recharge amount so you never run out.
